Our Terms & Conditions:

  • Bluegistic does not handle any of the following shipments “Jewelry, Fluids, Items damaged by temperature, fragile items, any law prohibited items, pets, drugs & chemicals”
  • If the shipment contains any of the mentioned above items, Bluegistic has the right to reject it if it was accepted by mistake or on good will basis, additionally the responsibility shall fall on the shipper solely with no liability on Bluegistic whatsoever.
  • In case Bluegistic suspected the content of any shipment, we have the right to open the shipment to do a check on the item enclosed.
  • Bluegistic is not responsible for the content of the shipments and the responsibility lies solely on the shipper after delivery.
  • Responsibility lies on the shipper to pack the hipped items in a way that completely protects the shipments from damages depending on the nature of the shipment.
  • For same day delivery shipments pickups should be ready before 11:00 am after that the orders will be delivered next day.
  • All shipments must have clear data of the consignee name, full detailed address, phone number, alternative phone number if available & COD amount including or excluding shipping fees as shipments missing information will be rejected.
  • In case of lost shipment Bluegistic will attempt to fetch the lost item on a period of 4 business days if the item is lost a compensation of 100 EGP will be applicable to be paid by Bluegistic to the shipper.
  • Bluegistic has the right to outsource its delivery business to other service providers while still maintaining the same service performance and responsibility.
  • Bluegistic weekly off is Fridays & public holidays.
  • All shipments are treated as a whole unit that cannot be divided or opened by the consignee, unless the shipper chooses so.
  • Bluegistic is not responsible for the quality of the shipped items and meeting the consignee’s standards or requirements, in which the responsibility lies on the shipper for the same.
  • Bluegistic has the right to ask for registration and verification documents to verify the nature of the shipped items, failing to provide the same will freeze services provided by Bluegistic.
  • Bluegistic will protect the confidentiality of their client’s business and data and shall not disclose any of the data to anyone else.
  • Bluegistic will assist and provide all necessary data of their clients only to law enforcement personnel and judicial parties if formally asked for it.
  • Bluegistic has the right to refuse to provide service to any business or individual without providing reasons for the same.
  • Bluegistic has the right to change, amend or alter any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
